The Italian poet Dante famously said: A person with incomplete knowledge can make up for it with morality, but a person with incomplete morals is difficult to make up for with knowledge. Therefore, no matter whether it is an enterprise or a public institution, the employer must pay attention to both ability and political integrity, and the practice of overemphasizing ability and ignoring morality is not conducive to the growth of talents and the long-term development of career.

Virtue, that is, morality and cultivation, including integrity, kindness, sincerity, and a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising and professionalism. Talent, that is, knowledge and talent, is accumulated through learning. From elementary school to university, students are required to develop together with "morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor", and "morality" is also the first! From the Civil Servant Regulations to the Civil Servant Law, it is emphasized that the inspection of civil servants' "morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity" should still put "morality" first!
Second, the use of morality is the prerequisite for the unit to carry forward the team spirit

The noble character is like a magnet, a horn, and a breeze, and is always respected, praised, and admired by people, which can generate strong attraction, charisma and cohesion, and then generate an indestructible team spirit, which makes the enterprise more and more fierce today. In the fierce competition, he will always be invincible.
3. Employing people with virtue first is the guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises

"If a company is compared to a big tree, integrity and morality are like roots. If the roots start to rot, no matter how lush the tree is, it can be predicted that the tree will eventually wither." Entering the era of knowledge economy, every enterprise attaches great importance to innovation, and virtuous people will give full play to their knowledge and talents, and do their best for the innovation and progress of enterprises! On the contrary, no matter how rigorous the enterprise management system is, once someone with flawed morals is hired, it is like a depth bomb in the organization, which may detonate at any time.

Dante said: "Morality can often fill the defects of wisdom, but wisdom can never fill the defects of morality." What is the core competitiveness of human beings? Virtue is the foundation of talent, and those who are virtuous must be highly talented, but those who are talented may not have virtue.
