Vacuum circuit breaker anti-jump

To play a protective role, it needs relay control. If the closing signal is not removed, the closing circuit will be disconnected after the closing action to ensure that the circuit breaker will be closed immediately after the system controls the circuit breaker to open under certain conditions.

The role of vacuum circuit breaker blocking

1. The circuit breaker cannot be closed before the lock is unlocked;

2. After the circuit breaker is closed, the closing circuit is cut off, so that the circuit breaker cannot be closed again even if the auxiliary switch in the state of the circuit breaker is unreliable.

3. "Lock" is a measure to prevent electrical misoperation. What our electrical operators are most afraid of is misoperation, including:

Pull and close isolating switch with load;

Closing with grounding wire (grounding knife);

Personnel mistakenly enter the live interval;

Misunderstanding and misclosing the circuit breaker;
Hang the ground wire live (close the ground switch).

The latching of the vacuum circuit breaker includes

Mechanical locking is a locking method in which the mechanical structures of the switchgear operating mechanisms restrict each other so as to achieve mutual interlocking.

Electromagnetic locking is to use the auxiliary contacts of circuit breakers, isolating switches, circuit breaker cabinet doors, etc. to connect or disconnect the electromagnetic lock power supply such as isolating switches and switch cabinet doors that need to be locked, so that the operating mechanism cannot be operated, so as to realize the switching equipment. interlocked with each other. This kind of locking device is simple in principle and convenient in implementation, and can be locked between non-integrated switchgear; it is more reliable in dry environment. But limited by our "national conditions", most of them are installed on indoor equipment of 35kV and below. In use, due to various reasons, the auxiliary switch cannot be switched normally, and the electromagnetic lock cannot meet the sealing requirements and is damp and corroded, so that the lock often fails. For outdoor high-voltage switchgears, electrical logic blocking is mostly used to achieve anti-misoperation blocking.
