Description

      ZW7-40.5 outdoor vacuum automatic circuit breakers is outdoor HV switching devices on three-phase AC 50Hz.lt is used for controlling and protecting 24-40.5KV transmission and distribution systems . It can be controlled to switch-on/off remotely, also be  used to control energy storage and switch -on/off manually. Annexing a current  transformer inside, it provides measurement and protection
      The breaker has porcelain post structure. The  upper knob insulator has vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber while the nether one is post knob insulator Matching with spring or electromagnetic operating  mechanisms, the breaker has high reliability of mechanical property and can be  operated frequently. It has no burning and explosion hazard.
The breaker conforms to standards of  GB1984-1989AC HV Breaker and IEC 56.IEC62271-100 HVAC Breaker. Its main  features: excellent insulating property and strong anti soil performance.  According to customer's requests, it can install current transformers inside.  The measuring accuracy will be level of 0.2. And it realizes three-phase  interaction protection.

Environmental  conditions:
 1. Ambient temperature: not higher than +40 °C, not less  than -35°C    
 2. Altitude: not exceed 1000m.  
 3. Relative humidity: daily average of not more than 95%,  month average of not more than 90%.  
 4. Earthquake intensity: not more than ten.  
 5. No fire, explosion hazard, serious filthy, chemical  corrosion, as well as places of intense vibration.
